If you want to live and work in Australia, you need a visa. There are different types of visas. For example, a permanent one, or a temporary one for temporary work or students.
From April 2024, Australia has considerably tightened its visa rules with an eye on addressing regional staff shortages and aiming to stimulate economic growth. They select highly educated employees from specific sectors. So pay attention to this!
Since late 2023, it's easier for highly qualified professionals to go through the emigration process and your visa application gets an accelerated processing period.
